Things you can do when you are home alone

Eat Chinese food leftovers straight out of the fridge with your fingers.

Lie on the floor in front of the stereo and sing the same song very loudly 14 times in a row. (Jeff Buckley’s version of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”) (Warning, this may cause your cat to run and hide under the bed.)

Not brush your hair until noon.

Dance around the living room with a paintbrush in one hand and a screwdriver in the other. Oh, and no pants. (I recommend closing the curtains first.)

Sneak your shopping bags into the house, cut all the tags off, put everything away, and hide the bags and tags in the garbage.

A screwdriver that works on actual screws, or a screwdriver you can drink? Because the image of you dancing around, pantless, uncombed, drinking, and painting (all before noon!) is making me giggle. But if we're talking tool, I'm a little worried about you poking out an eye (it's the mother in me).

I've always loved eating cold chinese food straight out of the box using my fingers....if I was ever actually at my house alone and not sleeping ...which hasn't happeded in a while

I thought I was the only one that did that.

Unfortunately, hubby always notices when I wear something new - this is great, and not so great at the same time...

I totally sing along a dozen times over to Jeff Buckley's version of "Hallelujah." I do more than just go with out pants though. I run around in just my undies.

Also, I shop so rarely for myself that my husband notices instantly when something new pops up in my wardrobe. Very depressing. Can't be sneaky. I envy you....

i totally do the shopping tag thing. i feel guilty and need to hide all evidence. it rarely works though :\
